Garth has 'escaped' the barbaric and inhumane mental health system in Victoria with the help of his supporters and family and is under the care of a humane psychiatrist who will never use shock treatment on Garth and will gradually bring him back to full health. Garth and his family thanks everyone who did their little bit to get him back his freedom. Go Garth!!!
